Dennis D. Leber

DENNIS D. LEBER is a statistician in the Statistical Engineering Division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He is also a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland where his research includes incorporating measurement uncertainty into decision analysis. He holds a M.S. degree in Statistics from Rutgers University, a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and is a member of INFORMS and IIE.
