Delphine Neel

Delphine Néel graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in 2003 and obtained the Ph.D. degree from INSA de Lyon in 2006. Then, she spent two years of postdoctoral studies at the CEA-LETI. In 2009, she joined the C2N at the University Paris-Saclay as a Research Engineer, where she was working on process developments in the clean room facility, principally in photonics. She joined the III-V Lab in 2017 and is working on the fabrication of hybrid III-V lasers on SOI. She is a coauthor of 12 papers and four patents.
