I'm Biologist graduated from Federal University of Western Pará (UFOPA) and Master in Genetics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Previously worked with drug planning and design using bioinformatics techniques such as molecular docking, protein modeling (by homology) and molecular dynamics. Developed works with modeling of proteins involved in the flowering of angiosperms, using computational methods together with molecular and phylogenetic analyses. During my master's degree developed work on adaptive genomics of Amazonian plants under flood conditions. Currently I am a PhD student in the genetics program at UFRJ developing work in bioinformatics and evolution with an emphasis on genomics and transcriptomics of Amazonian plants (Zingiberales).
