Career Trajectory
Bio
Deborah Biggerstaff currently works at the Warwick Medical School (WMS), University of Warwick. Deborah research interests include Behavioural Science, Health Psychology, Clinical Education, and Intrapersonal Communications. She has particular expertise in qualitative research methods, especially Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis, IPA. Deborah is particularly interested in how we can introduce new and innovative research methods into qualitative research and has a special interest in creative representations in research. She is current researching on the project 'Phronesis in medical communities.' This is a multi-disciplinary collaboration with Universities of Birmingham, Nottingham and Warwick medical schools, and University of Cumbria Film School, led by Mervin Conroy.
