David Sessler received the bachelor of science degree in computer science from the TU Darmstadt. He is a scientific assistant in the Fraunhofer Institute for Computer Graphics Research and working toward the master's degree in visual computing with the TU Darmstadt. His research is in combining machine learning and visual analytics, e.g., visual-interactive similarity search for complex data objects and time series, or visualizations for medical data.
