David Janzén

David Janzén received the M.Sc. degree in engineering biology from Linköping University, Sweden, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in engineering from University of Warwick, U.K., in 2016. He is an Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics with AstraZeneca, Sweden. His research interests lie primarily in the development and application of mathematical modeling in the field of Pharmacometrics. He has experience in applying modeling both in the discovery and clinical phases of drug development. He currently works as the lead pharmacometrician in several drug development projects in the clinical phase, within the cardiovascular, renal, and metabolism space.
