David Cottrell

I have a BSc and PhD from UNSW, Australia. My initial research interests were in psycholinguistics, in particular how we read and write. In this area my best known contribution was the software package I developed to measure ballistic movements during writing. More recently, I have focused on how we combine information from our various senses into a single experience. This interest includes the role of auditory and visual information in comprehending language but also simple stimuli.
