I am working in Center for Marine Research on Rudjer Boskovic Institute. My scientific work includes taxonomy, phylogeny and ecology of marine phytoplankton. My research is in the field of Marine Biology, Phytoplankton Ecology and Oceanography. Recently i work with phytoplankton physiology and responses to phosphorus stress in laboratory conditions. My most recent publications are 'Coastal zones as important habitats of coccolithophores: A study of species diversity, succession, and life-cycle phases' and Experimental evidence for shaping and bloom inducing effects of decapod larvae of Xantho poressa (Olivi, 1792) on marine phytoplankton.
