Bachelor in Biology Sciences by the State University of Ponta Grossa, Master in microbiology by the University of São Paulo, and PhD in toxinology by the Butantan Institute. Since the PhD, I been worked in the ​​recombinant antibodies field focoused in the Escherichia coli pathogenic strains diagnosis and therapy. I performed part of my PhD at the University of Toronto, learning techniques for selection of recombinant antibody fragments by phage display. I have two postdocs, in Toxinology (CAPES/PNPD) and Public Health (FAPESP) when I worked with the recombinant antibodies application and alternative animal models such as zebrafish, both carried out at the Butantan Institute. Also, I was visiting professor at the Federal University of São Paulo, working with monoclonal and recombinant antibodies as biotechnological tools. I was part of the pandemic front line performing RT-PCR molecular tests for the diagnosis of COVID-19 at the Strategic Laboratory for Molecular Diagnosis (LEDM) at the Butantan Institute. Currently I am a researcher at the Bacteriology Laboratory of the Butantan Institute conducting research in the recombinant antibodies field as biopharmaceuticals and diagnostic tools supported by FAPESP.
