Pipa Daniel Rodrigues

Daniel Rodrigues Pipa (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), Curitiba, Brazil, in 2004, and the M.Sc. and D.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. From 2005 to 2012, he was with the Research and Development Center (CENPES), Petrobras, Rio de Janeiro, in the fields of signal, image, and video processing applied to equipment integrity. In 2011, he was a Visiting Researcher with the University of California at San Diego, La Jolla, CA, USA. He has been an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering with UTFPR since 2012. His current research interests include statistical signal processing, signal and image reconstructions, inverse problems, compressive sensing, and related areas.
