D. Araújo

Prorf. Daniel Araújo is Dr. in Science and Physicst of the EPFL Switzerland, (PhD in 1992). Nowadays, he is Full Professor at University of Cádiz (Spain since 2010) in the Department of Material Science and Engineering ant ad the Lyon Institute of Technology (INSA-Lyon, France, since 2004, presently in détachement). His activity is actually focused on two different topics: i) aerospace materials in collaboration with Airbus and FIDAMC (Foundation for Research, Devolpment and Application of Composite Materials), ii) Homoepitaxial diamond for power devices. His career can be divided in five reserach topics/periods with some overlaps. 1986-1988 Nested Unil 1988-1998 III-V semiconductors: EPFL, IBM, UCA 2001-2019: Aerospace materials: UCA (Airbus, TAM...) 1998-2019: Diamond-SiC: Neel, INSA, UCA 2017-2019: Diamond and CFRP
