Daichi Kitahara

Daichi Kitahara (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in computer science and the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in communications and computer engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2012, 2014, and 2017, respectively. From 2017 to 2022, he was an Assistant Professor at the College of Information Science and Engineering, Ritsumeikan University, Kusatsu, Japan. He joined the Division of Electrical, Electronic, and Infocommunications, Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University, Suita, Japan, in 2022, where he is currently a Researcher. His research interests include signal processing and its applications, inverse problem, optimization theory, and multivariate spline theory.
