Bachelor in Biological Sciences from Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro - UENF (2013). Master (2015) and PhD (2021) in Genetics and Plant Improvement from UENF. Visiting school at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience, The University of Queensland (2020). This researcher works in the area of Protein Biochemistry and has experience in the following topics: isolation and characterization of plant proteins, including antimicrobial peptides and Prs proteins, evaluation test of bioactive peptides against the growth of phytopathogenic microorganisms and of medical interest, mechanism of action of plant peptides, physiology of microorganisms and plant breeding.
