David Ulrich is a medical student at the North Ossetia state Medical Academy, Russia. He is the Head of Communication and a Research fellow of the Association of Future African Neurosurgeons. He is also a member of the Global Neurosurgery Commitee secretariat. He is passionate about global Neurosurgery and access to universal healthcare in Africa.
