Daniele Pereira Castro

Graduated in Agricultural Engineering (UFLA), master of Agrochemical and Agrobiochemical (UFLA) and Ph.D. in Parasite Biology IOC/FIOCRUZ. Lately is a permanent researcher at the Laboratory of Insect Biochemistry and Physiology of Oswaldo Cruz Institute (FIOCRUZ). Has experience in Entomology with emphasis on the use of natural products in the defense system of insects and the interaction between parasites, microbes, and vectors.
