Daniel J. Sharpe

I am passionate about developing innovative solutions to analyze stochastic processes. Currently, my interests are in healthcare, specifically, assessing the effectiveness of oncology therapies from clinical trial and real-world data using Bayesian models. Another theme of my research is to develop algorithms for efficient analysis of Markov chain dynamics, especially in numerically challenging models (e.g., biomolecules, ecosystem populations, etc.).
