David Arge Klevang Pedersen received the M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Measurement and Instrumentation Systems, DTU Space, Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby, Denmark, in 2011 and 2016, respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at DTU Space. In 2018, he took the role as Project Manager at DTU Space for the Planetary Instrument for X-Ray Lithochemistry (PIXL) Project and was further enrolled as a member of the PIXL Instrument Science Team. His research is focused on the visual tracking of noncooperative space-borne targets.
