Cristina Leal currently works at the Microbiome group at COPSAC, with the goal to combine its bioinformatics and big data expertise with microbiome analysis investigating the interrelatedness between disease associated microbime and virome. Cristina has experience on the integration, mining and analysis of structured and unstructured data from real world healthcare data focused on the interaction between drugs and associated adverse outcomes.
