Cristina Ioana Alexe

Professor (Associate) at the "Vasile Alecsandri" University of Bacau (Romania). I am also a master coach at the ,,Stiinta” University Sports Club in Bacau, Athletics Department. I graduated with a doctorate in Physical Education and Sports in 2012. My research and studies focus on increasing human performance in sports, especially on the relationship between stress - adapted training - competition.
