Career Trajectory
Bio
Collin T. Inglut received the B.S. degree in biomedical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, USA, in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in bioengineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA.
From 2013 to 2016, he completed 3 co-ops at the medical device company, Zimmer Biomet, and was a Summer Research Intern with George Mason University. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Optical Therapeutics and Nanotechnology Laboratory, University of Maryland. He is the author of five articles and a book chapter. His current research interests focus on developing nanotechnology platforms that leverage photodynamic therapy to modulate the blood-brain barrier and treat glioblastoma.
Mr. Inglut is a member of the International Photomedicine Association and the Biomedical Engineering Society. He is the recipient of the UMD-NCI Partnership for Integrative Cancer Research fellowship.
