Claudio Iacobucci

I obtained a M.S. in chemistry from University of L´Aquila, Italy, in 2012. I obtained a Ph.D. in chemistry studying the mechanism of organic and organometallic reactions by mass spectrometry under the joint supervision of Prof. F. De Angelis (University of L´Aquila) and J.-F. Gal (University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, France) in 2016. I then was a postdoctoral associate in the group of Dr. A. Memboeuf (University of Brest, France) in 2016. After having been awarded an individual Humboldt Research Fellowship in 2016, I joined the group of Prof. A. Sinz (Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany). My research interests currently focus on cross-linking mass spectrometry for studying protein structures and protein networks, physical organic chemistry, and gas phase ion chemistry.
