Claudio Duran-Alarcon currently works at the Institut des Geosciences de l’Environnement (IGE). His current project is 'Antarctic Precipitation, Remote Sensing from Surface and Space. (APRES3)' and one of his current research interest is the study of the vertical structure of solid precipitation in Antarctica using ground-based radar and lidar observations.
