Claudine Chaouiya

C. Chaouiya joined the MABioS´s team of the I2M in 2018. Previously, she run the "Network modelling" group at Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciencia, in Portugal. Her research focuses on developing methods to analyse logical models of regulatory and signalling networks. Methodological advances are made available in software (GINsim, EpiLog). These developments are motivated and further validated through projects revolving around cell fate decisions in single cell or multi-cellular contexts.
