Chuyao Luo

Chuyao Luo received the bachelor's degree in Internet of Things engineering from Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China, in 2017. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China. His research includes data mining, computer vision, time-series data prediction, and clustering.
