Chu-Hsin Liang

Chu-Hsin Liang was born in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1977. She received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering and computer and information science and the M.S. degree in electronics from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1999 and 2001, respectively, and the second M.S. degree in electrical electronics from California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, in 2004. She was a Senior Engineer with the Technology Research Department, United Microelectronic Corporation, Taiwan, from 2001 to 2003, where she worked on high-performance FET design and mixed-mode mismatching model development for submicrometer technology. She is currently a Senior Engineer with the Technology Research Department, Infineon Technologies North America, East Fishkill, NY, where she is working on advanced device modeling at the International Semiconductor Development Alliance.
