I am a sport physiotherapist and biomechanist interested in the use of wearable technology to monitor training load and injury risk in runners. My approach is to fuse biomechanical data captures in the field with subjective and objective training data. Current projects include the use of consumer-grade wearables available in the market as well as the development of new wearables to monitor movement.
