Christophe L. Herry (S’02–M’08) received the Electrical Engineering Diploma from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, Grenoble, France, in 2000, and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada, in 2002 and 2008, respectively. From 2008 to 2009, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Systems and Engineering, Carleton University. In 2009, he joined the Hôpital Rivière-des-Prairies, Montreal, QC, Canada, as a Biological Sciences Specialist. Since 2010, he has also been a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ecole de Technologie Supérieure, University of Quebec, Montreal. His current research interests include infrared thermal imaging, smart sensors, functional and effective connectivity in brain networks, computational intelligence, image processing, and pattern recognition.
