Christine Buleri

Christine Buleri is a Senior Engineering Manager in the Analysis Department at Quartus Engineering Incorporated. After studying mechanical and structural engineering for undergraduate and graduate studies at Boston University and UCSD, she has focused on structural dynamics analysis for a variety of ground and space-based optical assemblies. She helped develop many in-house tools for integrated opto-mechanical analysis including predictions for STOP, jitter, WFE, and stress using both linear and advanced nonlinear techniques. Over the past 15 years, she has provided detailed finite element analysis for Giant Magellan Telescope, James Webb Space Telescope, White Knight 2 and SpaceShipTwo, along with many others ranging in size and complexity from hand-held cameras to ground and space terminals for free-space laser communication to the currently-operating twin 6.5 meter Magellan Telescopes. She has recently been supporting NASA Langley Research Center for both the SAGE IV Pathfinder and ARCSTONE missions.
