Christina Sarosiek

Christina Sarosiek received the B.S. degree in physics from the Hope College, Holland, MI, USA, in 2016. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in physics with Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL, USA. Since 2017, she has been a Research Assistant with the US pCT Collaboration and ProtonVDA LLC, Naperville, IL, USA. She is currently studying the use of proton CT and proton radiography as quality assurance devices in proton radiation therapy. Her research interests include the development and application of novel medical imaging systems. Ms. Sarosiek was a two-time recipient of the Rhotten A. Smith Assistantship at Northern Illinois University for minorities in their field. She is a Student Member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM).
