I joined the Nuffield Trust as Deputy Director of Policy in 2017, after eight years in behavioural science, primary care, and public health at the University of Cambridge. My work focuses on improving health and social care, including multimorbidity; prevention and treatment of diabetes; optimising medicines; patient & carer experience; and what works (and doesn’t) in quality improvement. I am a Chartered Health Psychologist (UK), and a Governor for a NHS Foundation Trust.
