个人简介
I am currently a post-doctoral researcher at SPREE, UNSW Sydney, Australia. My project focuses on investigating the root cause of the reliability issue in silicon heterojunction solar. Particularly, I am trying to figure out which layer in this cell architecture is more susceptible to failure and finding a way to eliminate this problem. These days, silicon heterojunction solar cell has gained more market share due to its high VOC and efficiency boost through using multijunction layers to enable more light absorption and reduction of surface recombination. However, these cells architecture experiences reliability issues. It tends to drop performance significantly upon exposure to the field due to the moisture ingress.
