Cathy Lee

Cathy Lee received the B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997 and 2000, respectively. She joined the R&D group at TriQuint Semiconductor, Richardson, TX, in 2000 as the lead process development engineer for GaN HEMT devices. She was a key contributor on the TriQuint team of the Phase II of the DARPA WBG-RF program and is the program manager for Phase III of the program.
