I'm currently currently investigating immune defense mechanisms occuring in situ in human renal and colorectal cancers (rôle of T cells and tertiary lymphoid structures) and their relationship with molecular heterogeneity of tumors. One of my contributions has been to participate to the characterization of tertiary lymphoid structures in cancers . I discovered the H-2L locus (Neauport-Sautes C) and worked on Fcgamma R (Sautes C).
