My research program on the comparative anatomy and taphonomy of marine mammals (extinct/extant). Over the years, through national and international collaborations, we expanded to encompass diverse vertebrate groups of South America. Bahia Inglesa Formation (Neogene) has been the main topic for several years, with evidence and data drom several vertebrate groups (sharks, birds, sloths, rodents, seals, dolphins, and whales) that are fascinating in a paleoecological and paleoenvironmental view.
