Bio

I graduated in Biology and defended my PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy. I specialised in Food Safety and Nutrition at the University of Padua. In 2011 I joined the Department of Food Safety at the IZSVe where I'm involved in the following research activities: - microbial ecology and antimicrobial resistance; - epidemiology of human nutrition; - food safety.
