Carlos Cardoso Consentini

Carlos Eduardo Cardoso Consentini currently is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Animal Science (LZT) (ESALQ), University of Sao Paulo. Carlos does research in reproductive physiology and physiopathology; also works with studies integrating nutrition and reproduction. His research group aims to understand the physiology behind FTAI programs/protocols in order to improve the reproductive efficiency of dairy herds. Currently, he is doing a kind of a novel study for Brazilian herds that implements a reproductive program involving a presynchronization prior to the first TAI protocol and also tests a more adequate physiologically resynch protocols.
