Carla J Silva is currently the Manager of the Chemistry and Biotechnology Department at the Portuguese Technological Centre for Textile and Clothing (CITEVE). Carla research interests are in Materials synthesis and functionalisation, Functional surfaces, Environmental Engineering and Sustainability, Bioengineering and Chemical Engineering. CITEVE is a private non-profit RTD for the Textile and Clothing Industries.
