Carina Sobe

I graduated with a Master's degree in Geospatial Techologies at Graz University of Technology. Since 2019, I have been working at JOANNEUM RESEARCH Forschungsgesellschaft mbH - Research Group for Remote Sensing and Geoinformation. My main research focus lies on remote sensing based application for mapping and monitoring purpose, satellite image based time series analysis in the fields of forestry and agriculture and ALS based forestry applications. My work expertise comprises data acquisition and management, method development and technical implementation of processing chains incorporating remote sensing and GIS methods as well as statistical analysis. During my work, I have also gained experience in project acquisition and project management.
