个人简介
Carina Gronlund is an environmental epidemiologist and research assistant professor at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research and the School of Public Health. With funding from the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, and with community and government partners, she studies how social, economic, health, and built environment characteristics and air quality affect vulnerability to extreme heat, extreme precipitation, and pollen. This research helps communities and policy makers understand how to adapt to heat, heat waves, higher pollen levels, and heavy rainfall in a changing climate.
