Capri Price

Capri Price received the B.A. degree in chemistry from New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM, USA. in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in chemistry from Portland State University, Portland, OR, USA, in 2018. In 2019, she joined the Institute of Materials Science, University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT, USA, as a Technical Staff to run the spectroscopy and gas chromatography laboratories, where she has trained students and assisted over 30 companies in solving technical problems using chemical characterization. Her research focused on developing new patented techniques to prevent and detect the earliest signs of metallic corrosion.
