Caleb Roecker

Caleb Roecker is a staff scientist in the Space Science and Applications groups at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). He joined LANL in 2016, after earning his Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from University California Berkeley for measuring high-energy muogenically produced neutrons below ground. At LANL, he has worked on a variety of pathfinding and operational space-based treaty monitoring projects primarily focused on neutron and gamma-ray instrumentation and simulation. Separately, he was involved in the early concept development and simulation of the energetic charged particle telescope on ESRA. He currently serves as phenomenology lead and a thrust area lead on a several national security projects.
