Caitlin Murphy

Caitlin Murphy received the B.S. degree in earth, atmospheric, and planetary sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in geophysics from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA, in 2012. She is a Senior Energy Policy Analyst with the Economics and Forecasting Group, Strategic Energy Analysis Center, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Golden, CO, USA. Her expertise is in evaluating how energy policies and technology innovation impact the evolution, operation, and environmental impacts of the U.S. energy system through quantitative analysis methods.
