Caitlin Stewart

Caitlin Stewart is a assay development scientist working at Gencove. She is passionate about genomics and transcriptomics, and is skilled in assay design and high throughput sequencing methods. She focuses mainly on designing assays for low pass whole genome sequencing and hybrid capture assays on DNA. Previously she was staff scientist working in the Landau Lab at Weill Cornell, she did her postdoc at MSKCC with Luis Diaz, Dana Tsui and Mike Berger, and did her PhD at the Sanger Institute.
