Chih Wei Luo was born in Miaoli/Taiwan R.O.C. on April, 1975. He received the diploma degree in Electrophysics from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan R.O.C. in 1998 and the Ph.D. degree in Physics from Electrophysics Institute of National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan R.O.C., in 2003. His scientific interests are devoted to study of applications of ultrafast optics and the physical properties of strongly correlated electron system. He is the author or coauthor of 31 publications in refereed journals.
