个人简介
Carmelo's research focus on river hydraulics; fluvial geomorphology and morphodynamics; computational fluvial dynamics; and geophysical flows such as landslides or density currents. More recently, he has diversified his research area by incorporating the study of urbanization processes at the catchment scale. Urbanization processes imply changes in the land use and ultimately the alteration of the hydraulic cycle and sediment regime of the catchment.
