Bradley is a proud Kamilaroi man (North-West NSW). He is currently an Associate Professor in Indigenous Water Science at the University of Canberra. He is a Board Member with the NSW EPA and Biodiversity Council. He has over 20 years Indigenous engagement in water and environmental sciences and has attained qualifications in Hydrogeology (MSc) & Environmental Science (BSc). He was awarded the 2019 ACT Tall Poppy of the Year for Science, the 2019 ACT NAIDOC Scholar of the Year and the inaugural Academy of Science Aboriginal Travel Award for 2019 and the CSIRO Aboriginal STEM Career Achievement Award in 2019. He is a member of the Wentworth Group, a WWF Governor, President Australian Freshwater Science Society and a Fellow and Ripple Awardee of the Peter Cullen Trust.
