Li Bo

Bo Li. Bo Li was born in Hebei, China, in 1982. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Beijing Jiaotong University, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in micro-electronics from the INSA Lyon, France, in 2012. He is a Professor with the Key Laboratory of Silicon Device and Technology, Institute of Microelectronics (IME), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He is also a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Program with CAS. He is leading and joining more than 15 research programs. He has authored or coauthored more than 80 academic articles and two books while holding ten granted patents. His research interests include emerging nano-scale electronic devices, biosensors, and device reliability.
