Bo Chen

Bo Chen received the B.S. degree from Hubei University of Automotive Technology, Shiyan, China, in 1996, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 1992 and 2002, respectively, all in control engineering. He is a Professor with the Lingnan Normal University, Zhanjiang, China, as well as the Dean of School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
