Bio
Bing Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in chemistry from UC Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 2020.
He was advised by Prof. Omar M. Yaghi and demonstrated his expertise on the synthesis of crystalline, porous materials such as metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) for gas adsorption applications. His research currently focuses on developing conductor and dielectric etching processes in 3-D nand memory at Lam Research, Fremont, CA, USA. His specialties include porous materials, synthesis, plasma etching, and 3-D nand.
