Bin Gui

Ribon Therapeutics, a biotechnology company developing first-in-class therapeutics targeting novel enzyme families activated under cellular stress conditions. Closely working with other teams, I was recruited to enable and initiate CRISPR screening in effort to support the target prioritization and validation. I utilized genetic and pharmacological perturbations to discover and verify candidates for novel therapeutics, and perform state-of-the-art assays to help build the responder hypothesis and mechanism-of-action.
